Office building is a ten-level structure with 100,000SF office over multi-level 660,000SF parking structure and two-story retail space

Covered amphitheater with lawn seating built above a below grade two story restaurant space

Concrete cast-in-place structure for office, parking and retail below office tower

Structural systems used were cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned beam, wide module pan joist and flat slab with lateral systems of concrete moment frames at the office buildings.

Structural systems for the retail buildings and amphitheater were composite steel floor, steel trusses, concrete tilt-up wall construction and steel roof joist with lateral systems being diagonal steel bracing, moment frames and concrete shear walls.

Foundation systems for all buildings were cast-in-place concrete grade beams and piers.
