Structural systems used were cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned beam, wide module pan joist and flat slab with lateral systems of concrete moment frames at the office buildings.
Structural systems for the retail buildings and amphitheater were composite steel floor, steel trusses, concrete tilt-up wall construction and steel roof joist with lateral systems being diagonal steel bracing, moment frames and concrete shear walls.
Foundation systems for all buildings were cast-in-place concrete grade beams and piers.
