Sak’s Fifth Avenue store relocation involved the relocation of 32 columns in existing 5-story concrete building. Three relocated columns required support of 56’-long precast double-tees and a precast concrete girder.

New outparcel building for luxury tenants constructed over below-grade parking deck.

Former anchor store converted to in-line retail tenants, with removal of a column line to form a wider concourse with floor openings at three levels, and façade improvements which included creation of outdoor restaurant seating at two levels.

Mall common area renovation included enlargement of vestibule with new escalators over truck tunnel below, new pedestrian bridges at vertical circulation core, and removal of four columns supporting concrete floor structure in operating tenant spaces.
