Foundation systems were cast-in-place concrete grade beams, concrete basement walls, spread footing and drilled piers/caissons.
Wind Damage - TSA was hired to investigate the damaged warehouse caused by high wind speeds. The roof was blown off and multiple steel joists were damaged as a result.
An interior investigation was performed to determine the extent of the joist damage and provide repairs for the damaged joists.
Tornado Damage - TSA was hired to investigate the damage caused by a tornado that resulted in a tree impacting the roof.
An investigation of the roof, attic, interior and exterior of the residence was performed to understand the extent of the damage.
Hurricane Damage - TSA investigated the extent of damage to 3 neighborhoods damaged following a hurricane in Florida.

Existing renovations included the addition of two new escalators at an existing precast double tee parking deck, capacity upgrade of existing precast floor structure for higher occupancy loading, new atrium openings, addition of a new vestibule and new façade at the interface of the existing mall and the new office and food/fitness buildings.
