  • New canopies / controlled entrances, classroom additions, and exterior / interior renovations
  • 4,000 square foot new art addition
  • Reviewed the entire floor existing structure for new for new occupancy loads and usage of spaces requiring multiple areas to have capacity upgrades for the new loading and bring compliant with new building codes
  • 2,400 square foot floor replacement for a library media center
  • Added 2 new ADA ramps and a monumental stair
  • Added new roof structure enhancement for 10 new roof top units and WON door supports
  • Structural systems were load-bearing masonry, composite steel floor, steel roof joist, carbon fiber FRP reinforcing and cast-in-place concrete slab over void form, grade beams and piers. Lateral systems were masonry shear walls.
