As a tornado passed through Northern Texas, damaging a warehouse. The tornado opened part of the ceiling and damaged the steel moment frames. TSA was contacted to review the structure and determine how much of the structure was salvageable. TSA observed buckled moment frames and failed anchor bolts. Due to the extreme amount of damage, the age of the building and because pre-fabricated buildings vary from each supplier, it was recommended that the entire structure be replaced.
