  • Building H1 was four-levels of parking deck with 366,500SF, 890 car garage above 94,000SF one-story retail space with two vertical transportation areas and a speed ramp
  • Office building A1 was a four-level structure with 70,000SF office over 27,000SF one-story retail space
  • Office building C1 was a four-level structure with 85,000SF office over 29,000SF one-story retail space
  • Buildings F1 & F2 was 45,000SF of one story retail
  • Buildings J1 & J2 was 29,000SF of one-story retail/restaurant space
  • Structural systems used for the parking and office buildings were cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned beam, wide module pan joist and post-tensioned one-way flat slab with the lateral systems being concrete moment frames.
  • Structural systems for the retail buildings were structural steel and steel trusses and steel roof joist with the lateral systems being steel moment frames and diagonal steel lateral bracing.
  • Foundation systems for all buildings were cast-in-place concrete grade beams and piers.
