Parking Structure - Due Diligence Survey

Details

TSA was contacted by a client that had made an offer on a large office building and parking structure. They needed an evaluation of the parking structure to determine if there were any conditions that might affect the sale. TSA performed a Phase I Condition Assessment to determine the extent and severity of distress in the parking structure. TSA found a large amount of significant distress that warranted repairs. TSA prepared floor plans of the structure and documented locations of typical distress. Using the findings of our investigation, the buyer was able to negotiate concessions from the owner so that the buyer would not have to bear the cost to repair the distress.
