After realizing that they needed a large upgrade to their server room, we were contacted by a tenant to see if the structure could support the load. By working with the tenant, we were able to obtain the various weights of the equipment of the proposed server room. We analyzed the structure and found a location where the equipment could be placed without requiring the structure to be reinforced. By having some flexibility in the proposed location, they saved a lot of money that would have otherwise been required to reinforce the structure.
