  • (9) building complex consisting of (4) one-story retail buildings, (2) two-story retail buildings, (1) multi-level music amphitheater, (1) two story restaurant plus amphitheater concession building (3 levels total) and four-story office building built above six levels of parking and retail (10 levels total)
  • Office building is a ten-level structure with 100,000SF office over multi-level 660,000SF parking structure and two-story retail space
  • (1) two-level plus mezzanine, 96,000SF cinema above retail / restaurant space
  • (6) 1 and 2-story retail / restaurant buildings
  • Covered amphitheater with lawn seating built above a below grade two story restaurant space
  • Concrete cast-in-place structure for office, parking and retail below office tower
  • Composite steel structure for other retail and restaurant buildings
  • Partial basement level at parking deck
  • Structural systems used were cast-in-place concrete, post tensioned beam, wide module pan joist and flat slab with lateral systems of concrete moment frames at the office buildings.
  • Structural systems for the retail buildings and amphitheater were composite steel floor, steel trusses, concrete tilt-up wall construction and steel roof joist with lateral systems being diagonal steel bracing, moment frames and concrete shear walls.
  • Foundation systems for all buildings were cast-in-place concrete grade beams and piers.
