Apartment Fire

When a major fire occurred in an apartment complex as it was nearing completion, near total loss of a large portion of the complex resulted. TSA was given the assignment to determine the limits of the damage to the wood-frame structure, design repairs to the salvageable portions of the wood-frame structure, assess damage and design repairs to the concrete masonry elevator enclosure, and design repairs to the damage caused by the firefighters during smoke removal and fire suppression. TSA prepared a scope of repair and repair details, then worked with the contractor to implement the design.
